4 years agoCincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins had a breakout performance in Week 3 against the Eagles, finishing with five catches, with two of those resulting in a touchdown. Although he racked up just 40 yards against Philly, the nine looks he received from quarterback Joe Burrow was an encouraging sign moving ahead. The 21-year-old may have some more favorable outings over the team's next 13 games, but he shouldn't be classified as a fantasy starter in most leagues at the moment.
