4 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receivers DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) and Christian Kirk (groin) are both expected to be cleared to take the field Sunday against Carolina. Hopkins didn’t log much practice time during the week due to an ankle injury, while Kirk is looking to return after being out of the equation Week 3 due to a groin ailment. Hopkins has been the league’s leading wide receiver in both receptions (32) and receiving yards (356) through the first three weeks of the season, with his availability so long as everything goes well during pre-game warmups being a boon for managers with him on their rosters, as well as for those interested in quarterback Kyler Murray. Kirk is more of a risky roster selection, as he has hauled in just three of his first nine targets to begin the year.--Jesse Borek
