Brandin Cooks Is A Risky Week 5 Play
4 years agoWhat should we make of Houston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks? After a 95-yard Week 2, he responded with three catches for 23 yards in Week 3 and then posted a goose egg last week despite playing 94 percent of Houston's snaps. Despite a decent matchup against the Jaguars this week, Cooks has been so up-and-down that it's hard to trust him as anything more than a desperation play. That Houston will have offensive coordinator Tim Kelly calling plays again seems like a positive for Cooks, but we need some more positive production from him before we consider Cooks a weekly fantasy starter.
