Austin Hooper Leads Browns With 10 Targets In Week 5
4 years agoCleveland Browns tight end Austin Hooper caught five of 10 targets for 57 yards in a 32-23 win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 5. Hooper finished first on the team in targets and receptions and third in receiving yardage. The veteran tight end has picked it up over the past two games after a slow start with his new team. He has caught 10 passes for 91 yards and a touchdown over that span after barely being used through the first three games. Hooper is creeping closer to TE1 status going forward, although a run-heavy Cleveland offense is limiting his ceiling. He will face the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6.
