Jamaal Williams Dips In Fantasy Intrigue During Week 6
4 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Jamaal Williams has been utilized as Aaron Jones’ primary backup this season, which already caps his fantasy intrigue, but facing off against a stout Buccaneers Defense Sunday that is yielding just 58.4 yards per game on the ground puts him in an untenable spot. Williams saw a season-high 57 percent of the snaps on offense last week, making the case for some season-long appeal in extremely deep leagues; but his eight-reception outing cannot be expected to be replicated with Davante Adams back in the mix offensively. Should injuries pile up offensively for Green Bay, Williams would certainly be in waiver wire consideration, but for now, fantasy managers can pivot elsewhere during Week 6.
