4 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Curtis Samuel (knee) is on the right side of his questionable tag for Sunday’s matchup against Chicago. Despite having carved out a modest role in the Panthers’ passing game, Samuel has not yet found the end zone in 2020, making him difficult to roster Sunday against a stout Bears Defense. In the instance that Samuel is forced to depart early or not suit up at all, look for Seth Roberts to see an increased role. With Christian McCaffrey (ankle) still down, Samuel could continue to see some reps as a runner, although that may not be enough to bring him into fantasy viability when factoring in his knee ailment. Favorable matchups are on the horizon, though, with New Orleans, Atlanta, and Kansas City all on the imminent schedule for the Panthers.--Jesse Borek
