Tennessee's defense has struggled to stop the pass this season, ranking 24th in pass-defense DVOA and allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to the quarterback position. This game has the potential to be high-scoring, which would force Roethlisberger to throw much more often than he did in his quiet Week 6 performance against the Cleveland Browns.
