Green finished with 13 targets against the Browns in Week 2, and although he only caught three of them, he has a strong chance of making some noise on Sunday. The veteran has played favorably against Cleveland throughout his career, racking up seven touchdowns and nearly 1,000 yards on 65 receptions (120 targets) throughout 14 meetings.
