4 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees (shoulder) and wide receiver Michael Thomas (ankle, hamstring) are both expected to play on Sunday against the Buccaneers. Both players were limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, leading to some insinuation from head coach Sean Payton that they would be game-time calls. However, it seems that New Orleans will be at full strength for the first time since Week 1. Brees will be in the QB2 range, though he has upside if this game turns into a back-and-forth affair. Thomas hasn't played since Week 1 and has some risk of re-injury, though he needs to be in lineups as a low-end WR1.--Tim Capurso
