Willie Snead IV Emerges As Upside Flex Play In Week 11
4 years agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Willie Snead IV has slowly transformed into a top target for Lamar Jackson in the passing game, making him an upside Flex consideration in medium-sized or larger season-long formats during a Week 11 matchup versus Tennessee. After racking up his first 100-yard receiving game since Week 1 of 2016 a few weeks back against the Steelers, Snead snared two receiving touchdowns last week. While he may not boast the same upside that he had during his prime years in New Orleans, Snead is on pace for a career-high 75.8 percent catch rate and is averaging 14.2 yards per reception, which would be his highest mark since '15. Baltimore receivers seem to have bumped up against a ceiling of production due to Jackson's proficiency at running the ball himself, but Snead has developed into both a red zone target and securing pass catching option that has nudged him back into fantasy consideration.
