4 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees (ribs, lung) could return at some point this season. It was reported that Brees has 11 rib fractures in total, in addition to a punctured lung and a shoulder injury that hasn't quite healed all the way. As such, the 41-year old is expected to miss the next four weeks and potentially make his return in Week 15 against the Chiefs. That contest could have important seeding implications for both sides, which is likely why Brees is eyeing it for his return. This would be good news for fantasy managers who hold onto the veteran, as he'd be an appealing QB1 streamer for playoff matchups in what figures to be a high-scoring affair with Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.--Tim Capurso
