4 years agoCarolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater (knee) was initially announced as active for Sunday's meeting with the Lions, but ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Bridgewater is being deactivated. That likely means P.J. Walker will get to make his first NFL start. He's seen limited snaps in two games this year, going 3-for-8 for 15 yards. Walker was the XFL's best quarterback this past Spring, but will that translate? The safe thing to do here is avoid playing Walker and to downgrade expectations with his receivers.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
