4 years agoThe New Orleans Saints Defense dominated the Atlanta Falcons in a 24-9 victory. Atlanta was completely blanketed by the Saints, as they managed just 248 total yards of offense. New Orleans registered nine sacks and two interceptions, constantly pressuring Falcons' quarterback Matt Ryan. Leading the charge for the unit was defensive end Cameron Jordan, who notched a team-high three sacks. David Onyemata and Trey Hendrickson each recorded a pair. The Saints defense will easily be a top-12 option next week against Denver.--Tim Capurso
