James Robinson Explodes Against Cleveland
4 years agoJacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson finished with 128 yards and a touchdown off 22 carries during the loss to Cleveland in Week 12. He also added five catches for 31 yards. The rookie had an impressive day and filled a massive void left by the joint injuries of Gardner Minshew II (thumb), D.J. Chark (ribs), and Chris Conley (hip). His 5.8 YPC was his second-highest mark of the 2020 campaign, and his yards total was a career-high. The 22-year-old has now racked up at least 22 attempts in four of his last five outings and should continue to get plenty of work until Minshew can return, which may come in Week 13 against the Vikings. However, even when the signal-caller is back under center, Robinson should remain starting in all formats.
