Brown has put his explosive ability on display with eight receiving touchdowns in his last eight games, and Tennessee's top option in the passing game will look to get back into the end zone in Week 13 against a Browns team that has allowed 13 touchdowns to wide receivers this season. The team leader in target share could be in for a monster day against weaker Browns Defense. He's a low-end WR1 this week, though his range of outcomes is probably wider than most WR1 options.
