Steelers Defense Picks Up Three Sacks In Loss
4 years agoThe Pittsburgh Steelers Defense turned in a quiet outing in a 23-17 loss to the Washington Football Team in Week 13. Pittsburgh's defense finished with three sacks but was unable to force a turnover in their first loss of the 2020 season. The Steelers got a sack apiece from Stephon Tuitt, T.J. Watt, and Robert Spillane in the contest. Pittsburgh may be without an important piece of their defense in Week 14 as cornerback Joe Haden is expected to be placed in the league's concussion protocol after suffering a head injury during the game. Even if Haden gets cleared in time, the Steelers will have their work cut out for them in Week 14 as they face the Buffalo Bills on the road.
