Signs Point To Daniel Jones Playing In Week 14
4 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (hamstring) was taking reps with the first-team offense Friday and signs point to Jones starting in Week 14 against the Cardinals. Head coach Joe Judge added that he is "fairly optimistic" Jones will play, according to Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post. Jones missed last week's upset win over the Seahawks with a hamstring injury but had been playing better before the injury with four-straight 200-plus yard games. If Jones plays, fantasy managers should consider him a risky option. A lot of Jones' upside comes from his rushing as he averages 36.6 yards-per-game on the ground and his ability to scramble may be affected by the injury. Jones is a low-end QB2 in a decent matchup with Arizona.
