4 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Mike Davis carried the ball 11 times for 5 rushing yards with two scores and caught five passes for 42 receiving yards in a loss to Denver. Davis had his best game as the lead back since Week 5, as he took advantage of a Broncos Defense that has struggled against backs lately. It's Davis' first multi-score game of the season and his fourth with at least 90 scrimmage yards. While he'll likely cede lead-back duties to Christian McCaffrey (shoulder, quad) next week, he's still worth rostering just in case.--Tim Capurso
