4 years agoWashington Football Team quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr completed seven passes on 12 attempts for 51 yards. Haskins did not throw a touchdown nor an interception in relief of Alex Smith (leg) who left with "tightness and soreness" in his right leg. Head coach Ron Rivera said the team would need to see how Smith progresses throughout the week before naming a starter next week against Seattle. If it is Haskins under center, it would be the sophomore quarterback's first start since Week 4. Haskins has a 58.6 percent completion percentage this season with seven touchdowns and seven interceptions.
