Sterling Shepard A Risky Option Against Browns
4 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard has seen his production dip in the last couple of weeks as Big Blue's offense has been stuck in neutral. Shepard has just four catches in the last two games and now faces a tough Browns Defense that has stiffened up against opposing wide receivers. It is still unclear who will start at QB for New York as Daniel Jones (hamstring, ankle) was clearly hobbled last week and backup Colt McCoy wasn't effective in his start two weeks ago. Shepard would see a slight uptick in value if tight end Evan Engram (calf) can't play, but it will still be hard to call Shepard more than a WR4 with a tough matchup and questions at quarterback for the Giants.
