J.D. McKissic an Solid Option Against Former Team
4 years agoWashington Football Team running back J.D. McKissic played well last week with Antonio Gibson (toe) sidelined and should be in line for another solid workload in Week 15 versus Seattle. McKissic saw a season-high 11 carries which he turned into 68 yards (6.2 YPC) in addition to his usual passing-down volume. McKissic is second to only Alvin Kamara in targets by a running back, but PPR managers that have been relying on the Arkansas State product should be a little cautious with Dwayne Haskins Jr starting for Alex Smith (calf) who had been peppering McKissic with check-down passes. Assuming Gibson is ruled out, however, McKissic can be trusted as an RB3/flex in fantasy even if his targets dip a little from where they were with Smith under center.
