Melvin Gordon III, Phillip Lindsay Cleared For Saturday’s Game
4 years agoDenver Broncos running backs Melvin Gordon III (shoulder) and Phillip Lindsay (hip) have both been given the green light to suit up for Saturday's contest against Buffalo. The duo entered the contest questionable to play, although Lindsay's status had been more up in the air. With both active, neither gets a distinct advantage of having the backfield to themselves, with Gordon set to act as the primary back, even as Lindsay has averaged 12.5 carries over his last four games. The Bills Defense has performed around league average against opposing rushers this season. Royce Freeman is officially zapped of nearly all his fantasy intrigue with Gordon and Lindsay in the mix and can remain firmly entrenched on the wire.
