4 years agoWashington Football Team quarterback Alex Smith (calf) was listed as questionable on the team's final injury report, but was able to participate in practice on Friday and is trending towards suiting up against Carolina. Smith missed last week's loss with a calf injury but was playing well before that leading the team to four-straight victories despite pedestrian stats. Smith is completing 66.4 percent of his passes with four touchdowns to six interceptions this season and will face a beatable Panthers Defense that ranks 19th against the pass and is 24th in sacks this season. If Smith is under center, he would be a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues. Dwayne Haskins would make his second-straight start if Smith is out but shouldn't be trusted in fantasy.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
