4 years agoLas Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr does not carry an injury designation heading into a Week 16 matchup against the Dolphins, so all signs point to him being the starter. Carr has been playing well this season, but he probably is not the best fantasy option against a stingy Dolphins Defense. The Dolphins defense has intercepted opposing quarterbacks 16 times on the season and have held them to a passer rating of just 83.9. Carr has done a good job limiting turnovers for most of the season, but he has thrown interceptions in four of his last five games. He is likely just a low-end QB2 in Week 16.--Connor Wege
