4 years agoLos Angeles Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa (concussion) has not cleared the league's concussion protocol in time to take the field for Sunday's contest versus the Broncos. While head coach Anthony Lynn said that he did not plan on shutting Bosa down for the year, the disparate nature of how individual players are affected by concussions makes a trajectory for when one of the league's premier pass-rushers could return unknown. With Uchenna Nwosu (knee) already ruled out for the game, Isaac Rochell and Emeke Egbule figure to hold down the defensive end spots. The Chargers Defense was likely already not on many fantasy managers' radars, but the loss of Bosa solidifies that the group should remain on the wire for Week 16.--Jesse Borek
