4 years agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III has disappointed for most of the season after being selected in the first round. He does not have one game with more than three catches, and he had just three catches for 31 yards in a Week 10 matchup against the Broncos. While he does not have much value heading into Week 17, he is worth holding onto in dynasty formats. Ruggs has shown big-play potential with his speed but has not found the consistency on a week-to-week basis. Fantasy owners can mostly feel comfortable leaving him on the bench this week and look forward to next season.--Connor Wege
