4 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz will be a healthy scratch in Week 17, per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. That would leave Nate Sudfeld as the backup to Jalen Hurts. Obviously, backup quarterback moves don't have an immediate impact on the Week 17 fantasy picture, but the Wentz situation is one worth monitoring this offseason. Will he have a chance to compete for the Eagles starting job next year? Will he wind up starting elsewhere? Lots of questions as we enter 2021, though Garafolo says that the Eagles would like to have Wentz on the roster next season.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
