4 years agoWashington Football Team quarterback Alex Smith didn't light up the scoreboard, but played well enough to win in Philadelphia to clinch the NFC East. Smith completed 22 of 32 passes for 162 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions. The shoo-in for Comeback Player of the Year didn't have the flashiest stats this season - he had six touchdowns to eight interceptions, for example - but Washington won his last five starts as the veteran keeps finding ways to win. Smith will be 37-years-old next season so he's not an asset in dynasty leagues at the moment, but what a moment Smith had tonight to wrap up a playoff spot after suffering such a gruesome injury just two years ago.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
