4 years agoChicago Blackhawks center Jonathan Toews (undisclosed) was placed on the long-term Injured Reserve on Thursday afternoon. It remains unclear when Toews will return to the lineup, but at the very least, this means he's going to miss the first 10 games. We still do not know exactly what is ailing Toews, so it is hard to predict how long it will be until he returns. In his absence, Dylan Strome and Pius Suter will continue to fill in as the team's top two centers, but the Blackhawks look like a fantasy wasteland for the 2020 season.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
