4 years agoVancouver Canucks center Elias Pettersson finally netted his first goal of the season on Saturday, potting the team's first one in a 5-2 defeat to Montreal. Nils Hoglander also scored for the Canucks, who tied it up at two in the third before the Canadiens cruised to victory. This also marks Pettersson's first point since Vancouver's season opener, so the 2019 Rookie of the Year has been extremely quiet so far, even with the team scoring 3.60 goals per game. With that said, Pettersson is an extraordinary talent and he should get going soon. Fantasy managers just have to be patient with him.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
