4 years agoThe San Francisco 49ers will tender an offer to quarterback Josh Rosen, who they picked up late in the 2020 season off the Tampa Bay practice squad. The 10th-overall pick in 2018, Rosen's now on his fourth team in three seasons and isn't a lock to even make the final roster in San Fran next season, much less to challenge for actual playing time. Whatever promise Rosen offered when he was drafted is essentially gone now and if he can't make the final 53-man roster next season, it'll be time to drop him in even the deepest dynasty leagues.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
