4 years agoDanilo Marques (11-2) put on a dominant performance to open up the main card of Saturday's UFC Vegas 18 card. Dominating with his ground game, he scored four takedowns in 9:52 of action. Marques also held a total control time of 7:39 seconds. He also out-struck Mike Rodriguez, landing 29 significant strikes (55 total strikes.) A late addition to the main card of the program, Marques put on a great showing, winning his fourth bout in a row and improving his UFC record to 2-0. The light heavyweight will probably receive a few more favorable matchups before he starts hitting road blocks.
