4 years agoKansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes struggled mightily in the teams Super Bowl 55 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Mahomes failed to throw a touchdown on the evening for the first time in his career and it was also the first time in his career that he lost to an opposing team by double digit points. Mahomes was only 20-for-40 for 212 yards and two interceptions. He also rushed the ball five times for 33 yards. Mahomes was chased all night by a tough Bucs defense and playing behind a banged up offensive line didn't help the former MVP. Mahomes may have had a dismal night, but he remains one of the best at his position and will be one of the top options for fantasy managers heading into next year.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
