4 years agoVancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko is the team's starter between the pipes for Calgary's visit. The 25-year-old will look for his second consecutive win against the Flames after he saved 18 of 19 shots in Saturday's 3-1 victory in the matchup. Demko improved his record to 4-6-0 with the performance. He has recorded a 3.46 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage. The Canucks have been horrible defensively this season, but keeping Calgary under 20 shots was an impressive feat at the weekend, so maybe they have turned the corner. --Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
