4 years agoChicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada has been dealing with arm soreness and his throwing has been restricted so far in spring training. Moncada tested positive for COVID-19 prior to last season and said "It was very, very difficult for me to keep playing because I wasn't feeling like myself." Moncada finished the season with six home runs, 24 RBI and a .225 batting average. Moncada is due to have a bounce back season and said "I feel strong, I feel good. I am prepared to handle 162-plus games." That's good news for managers of the talented third baseman.
