4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Aaron Nola expects to pitch on normal rest this season and wants to make 33-plus starts. Nola said he's preparing his body for a typical workload which he defined as, "Get past the 200-inning mark and 30 starts," according to MLB.com's Todd Zolecki. That's a lofty goal coming off the pandemic-shortened season but Nola is undoubtedly among the pitchers with a chance to fire 200 frames in 2021. He was one of 17 pitchers to reach 70 innings last season and he reached 200 innings in both 2018 and 2019, all while averaging over a strikeout-per-inning. Nola is one of the true aces in fantasy and will cost a second-round pick in most leagues.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
