4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager said his focus is on this season and would rather not talk about his upcoming free agency after the season. Seager said all he wants to do is help the Dodgers win back-to-back World Series titles and, "Let the chips fall where they may," after the season. Los Angeles will have some tricky financial decisions to make after the season, but Seager is on the shortlist of their most valuable assets. He finished second among shortstops with a .943 OPS last season before taking home NLCS and World Series MVP awards in October. Seager's batted ball data supports his elite production and he plays in arguably baseball's best lineup.
