4 years agoSan Jose Sharks defenseman Erik Karlsson had two assists in Friday's 5-4 overtime loss to Vegas, helping Matt Nieto and Logan Couture on the scoreboard. Brent Burns and Kevin Labanc also scored for the Sharks, who had a nice comeback from a 3-0 deficit but couldn't quite complete the job. They will try again in Saturday's rematch. Karlsson will head into the game on seven points. It hasn't been a great year, but the two-time Norris Trophy winner has shown signs of life since returning from a lower-body injury, potting his first goal of the season at the start of the week and now handing out two helpers. --Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
