Jarred Kelenic To Miss Time With Knee Injury
4 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Jarred Kelenic (knee) has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 strain of his left knee's adductor muscle. Kelenic is expected to miss three to six weeks with the injury. After tweaking his knee running to first base in Friday's Cactus League game, Kelenic insisted he was fine and stayed in the game. An MRI taken for precautionary reasons revealed the more serious nature of the injury. Kelenic now seems destined to start the season in the minor leagues.
