Kendall Graveman Has A Tough Outing Wednesday
4 years agoSeattle Mariners relief pitcher Kendall Graveman had his worst outing of spring training on Wednesday against the Rangers, allowing four runs on four hits and a walk while striking out one. Before Wednesday, Graveman had thrown two scoreless innings in two appearances. But his rough outing on Wednesday leaves his ERA at an unfortunate 12.00. Graveman is expected to be the primary setup man for the Mariners and the next man up should new closer Rafael Montero falter. With a career 5.83 K/9, Graveman would not be a high-level fantasy closer, even if he were to inherit the role at some point in 2021.
