4 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Evan White has had a tough go of it in spring training thus far, but he took one step towards getting back on track Sunday, singling to right field to break a 16-at-bat hitless streak. White has struggled to gain traction thus far in his major league career, having struck out in 41.6 percent of his career at-bats while posting a disappointing .175/.252/.346 slash line. It would be difficult to count on White to be a fantasy contributor to start the season.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
