NASCAR DFS Prop Picks: Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 - Monkey Knife Fight

Sunday features the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 from Atlanta. Denny Hamlin, Martin Truex Jr, Joey Logano, Brad Keselowski, and Chase Elliott will make up the top five to start the race. Monkey Knife Fight has an extremely easy fantasy point system: 0.1 points for each lap led and then a set amount of points for their position (20 for 1st place, 19 for 2nd place, 18 for 3rd, and so on).

Our friends at Monkey Knife Fight offer some of the coolest, and easiest to win, NASCAR DFS games in the industry. If you haven't checked out these games yet, you can start this weekend! Pick 1: More or Less Fantasy Points (2/2)

Recommended Prop Pick: Kevin Harvick LESS 18.5 Fantasy Points and Martin Truex Jr. MORE 18.5 Fantasy Points

Truex Jr. and Harvick are projected to be two of the higher fantasy point producers on Sunday and lucky for us, we can bet on both of them but...

Can Harvick move into the top-three and then maybe lead some laps? That is the big question. He would have to lead quite a few laps if he does not finish in the top three. Does the Stewart-Haas Racing driver have the car like he did last week or will Harvick and his confidence wilt? We should know fairly quickly in this race since he has won a few times in the past in Atlanta.

Harvick is also set at a high point total of 18.5. He attained this high of a point total probably because of his career results and abundance of top-five finishes. Then, there is Martin Truex Jr. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver seems to have the car much like Denny Hamlin. It is a question of him finishing the deal. Before Phoenix, Truex Jr. was getting very close to winning and then last week he was able to hold off Joey Logano for the win.

Truex Jr. has the race car to finish well in Atlanta and most importantly lead a good amount of laps early. That should be just enough for him to hit the more on his prop total of 18.5 points.

Pick 2: More or Less Fantasy Points (2/2)

Recommended Prop Pick: Denny Hamlin MORE 16.5 Fantasy Points, Kyle Larson LESS 16.5 Fantasy Points

This prop gives us an excellent chance to be a bit more aggressive. With the drivers that MNF offers and no qualifying, finding a few individual props that you are confident about and using them in multiple contests seems to be the way to attack a race.

The idea here is to hope that Hamlin can lead enough laps and then hold on for a top-five finish. That is the plan. Basically, one top-five finish by Hamlin and about 40-50 laps led would be nice for a cushion here. Now, Kyle Larson is a bit of a wildcard, to be honest. He could surprise and finish in the top-five or just outside of it. The problem comes down to could he lead enough laps.

As for the points, again this is a low total for the pole-sitter who possesses a very good race car. Hamlin expects to stay in the top-five all race and could very well win in Atlanta. His probability to lead a good number of laps, especially early, is high as well. The MORE on Hamlin is safer but we will risk the LESS on Larson.
