4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Roman Quinn stole a base and scored a run in Grapefruit League action against the Tigers on Sunday. Quinn is competing with Scott Kingery, Odubel Herrera, and Mickey Moniak for the starting job in center field. Quinn has always had elite speed making him a tantalizing roto-league target in deeper leagues. The issue has always been hitting enough to stay in the lineup. Quinn is batting .320 with a .393 on-base percentage so far this spring so he's making his case to the coaching staff for playing time. If Quinn can get regular at-bats he'd be a solid option in category-based fantasy leagues that start five outfielders.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
