4 years agoHouston Astros pitcher Ryan Pressly is expected to be the closer for the team to start the season. Pressly has pitched only twice during exhibition action but finished last season as the team's closer. Pressly was solid last year, converting 12-of-16 save opportunities with a 3.43 ERA. The 32-year-old has been an integral cog in the Astros bullpen the last few seasons allowed only 48 hits through 77 2/3 innings pitched during the 2018 and 2019 seasons. The Astros are expected to compete once again and 30 saves is not out of the question for Pressly this season. He will possess mid-tier value for saves heading into the season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
