4 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Michael Pineda will take the mound for his team in their third game of the season against the Brewers. Pineda's spring statistics may not have looked great, but he did flash his ability to miss bats, registering 10 strikeouts to just one walk. The 32-year-old will get an intriguing matchup on Sunday against a Brewers' lineup that underachieved last year, placing in the bottom-10 of the league in OPS while posting the third-highest strikeout rate. Pineda has the potential to rack up some whiffs in his first start of 2021.--Tim Capurso
