4 years agoChicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez went 2-for-4 with a RBI, two stolen bases and a run scored versus the Pittsburgh Pirates on Saturday. Baez worked his magic and stole both second and third base again Pirates starting Tyler Anderson in the bottom of the second inning and would eventually score his only run of the game later that inning. Baez pulled a 180 after going 0-for-4 with three strikeouts in Thursday's season opener. El Mago is an upcoming free agent and will certainly be looking to break out all the tools in shed this season. Baez is coming off a poor season in 2020, but don't sleep on the former All-Star to perform strong numbers at the shortstop position.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
