4 years agoMinnesota Twins first/third baseman Miguel Sano bashed his first home run of the season in his team's victory over the Brewers. Sano's home run was a line-drive bullet that made its voyage toward the right-field seats at an exit velocity of 106.7 MPH, his first round-tripper of the season. He did have two strikeouts, giving him seven compared to just one walk this season, which is certainly not great if you roster him in a points league. However, it was a good sign to see him get on the board in the home run category, and he has a great chance to add to his total on Monday against Tigers' right-hander Jose Urena, whose 15.4 percent home runs per fly ball rate and 9.5 percent barrel rate from 2020 play right into Sano's strengths.--Tim Capurso
