4 years agoSan Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. finished 2-for-4 with a walk and solo home run in Sunday's loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks. Entering the contest with just one hit in three games, Tatis rapped a single early before walloping a mammoth 465-foot homer in his final at-bat. The 21-year-old is off to a sluggish .188/.316/.375 slash to start 2021 while also committing five errors in the field. However, he's been making loud outs and already up to four runs scored.
