4 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Castellanos has been suspended for two games, according to Joel Sherman of the New York Post. Castellanos triggered a benches-clearing incident on Saturday when he yelled in the face of Cardinals pitcher Jake Woodford after scoring on a close play in which Castellanos and Woodford collided at the plate. He is appealing his suspension, and he is in the lineup Monday batting second in the series opener against the Pirates. Managers should be prepared for Castellanos to miss at least one game and possibly two somewhere in the near future.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
