BALLER MOVE: Add in 14-Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 10% of leagues
ANALYSIS: One of the most profitable draft sleepers so far, Nate Lowe has had an enormous first week to his 2021 season. Through 25 at-bats, Lowe has hammered three home runs and collected 14 RBI. He's put together a slash line of .320/.346/.720 and, as if that wasn't enough, added a stolen base on Wednesday.

Dating back to 2018 in the minor leagues with the Tampa Bay Rays, Lowe has an Isolated Power number that never dips below .191 (in his first 50 major league games with the Rays) at any level, and peaked at .266 for his 51 games at Double-A in 2018. Though Lowe was not afforded many opportunities to succeed in Tampa Bay, the Rangers traded for Lowe with the intention of playing him every day at first base, despite the presence of incumbent starter Ronald Guzman. Thus far the early returns are quite positive on that front, as Lowe has been in the lineup every day, against both righties and lefties.
The only troubling statistic in the early part of Lowe's major league career has been his strikeout rate, as he has gone down on strikes in 32.2 percent of his career at-bats. Lowe's minor league numbers, however, are considerably better, with his 18.5 percent rate representing a relative strength. Look for Lowe's on-base skills to regress to the norm over a full season, leading him to be a plus contributor everywhere but in the steals category.
